Body Fat Assessment - $10
A helpful tool to use as a baseline measurement for weight loss goals

Fitness Assessment - $85
Your trainer will evaluate all aspects of your current fitness level: measuring lean/fat mass ratio, taking physical measurements, testing cardiovascular and functional fitness.

Individual Training Sessions - $65 per 1-hour session with your personal trainer.

Fitness Programs:
Need to spice up your workout routine? We offer a variety of specialized small group programs that will challenge you and reward you with progress toward your fitness goals. The programs are six weeks long, usually meeting twice each week. You will receive specific goals, relevant assessment tools, and personalized coaching from one of our expert trainers.
