Muscle Works

Intense strength and conditioning class. Designed to work all major muscle groups and increase strength, tone and flexibility. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga

Practicing Yoga helps with flexibility, strength and balance. Our Yoga classes are taught in the Hatha/Vinyasa style. The Therapeutic/Beginning class is slower with an emphasis on alignment and relaxation. The Intermediate/Advanced class will help you tap into the power and strength yoga promotes.

Body Weight Boot Camp

A high-energy, fat-burning, muscle-building workout using minimal equipment. Your body will become stronger with each 45 minute class! Every fitness level welcome--you work at your own pace.

Tabata Interval

Moderate to high intensity timed interval workout. A mix of cardio and strength incorporating plyometrics and power.

Group Cycle

Improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness with an indoor cycle class that simulates outdoor terrain. Reservations are required and are made in advance the day of the class.

Fundamental Pilates Mat

A Pilates-based mat workout. Each exercise requires control of the entire body and focuses on the quality of movement, correct alignment, and proper breathing. A good workout for those looking to help improve posture, flexibility, core strength, and awareness.
